DavidB vs HFC (Marbles & GM Card)

10/07/2006 - Sent preliminary letter to HFC (who are the issuing company for both these cards, so I combined the claim) requesting refund of charges
totalling £570. I had all the statements so didn't need to send a Data Protection Act letter.

31/07/2006 - No reply from HFC, so I sent my LBA today giving them 14 days to pay up or else.

Hi,
Which address did you use, I'm not sure whether to use the Birmingham address or the Berkshire Head Office?
