I am reading all these posts finding, Money claim filed, LBA sent. Has anyone been to court or even paid out recently?

People don't actually 'go' to court, other than to issue the claim. Banks are not defending, mainly due to the fact they can't!!

(This doesn't mean that we shouldn't all be prepared for it)

As far as users winning (being paid) yes - there are plenty. Have a good read through all the forums and here too.

YES!!
Claim filed with moneyclaim online, but Halifax have coughed up, without going to court!! Said they would not be able to recover costs; "(even if the bank wins)" yes, that's exactly what they wrote!! For this reason, "Halifax is willing to reimburse", Ha! WILLING? I don't think so, "begrudgingly" possibly!
I was fully aware that I could be the one to actually go all the way to court, luckily I didn't have to. I hope it's the same for all those of who are currently claiming.
Good Luck
