Total Section 69 interest: £xx.xx

well as they say the deed is done, well it is for this account anyway we filed the claim in Exeter County Court a little while ago. So now we sit and wait for the Extra to come

The one for my mother has had to wait as her in doors took so long doing the paperwork for this claim ......but hey never mind she was quicker than I would have been doing it

Well now you have filed one it will make the other ones seem a lot easier to fill in .

Can you PM me your claim number so we can put it in litigations in progress please , unless you have already given the details to someone else .

mJanet, we don't have a claim number as yet. We handed in all 3 packs at the Small Claims desk + cheque for £120 as the girl there said that they have got to be authorised (or something like that) and that then a copy will be returned to us. Halifax will have 14 days to respond.

Is this different than other cases?

Online you get it there and then. At the court they have to process it and post you details or if they are feeling kind they even phone you with it.

They're all completely useless anyway, so I wouldn't worry.
