We handed in all 3 packs at the Small Claims desk + cheque for £120 as the girl there said that they have got to be authorised (or something like that) and that then a copy will be returned to us. Halifax will have 14 days to respond.
Is this different than other cases?

Then again I do live in an area where they must be dealing with these in there 100's maybe why I got mine the same day

They're all completely useless anyway, so I wouldn't worry.
