So - basically if they are making decisions significantly affecting you, then they ARE REQUIRED to produce evidence of their logic for each and every decision. i.e. they must provide you with details of every manual intervention. |

I'm sure this is the case and though not at all worried about going to court its better to be safe than sorry  and not have something unexpectedly grab you!

court require 1 to send defendent 1 for their files 1 to send back to you.
you do not have to provide evidence at this point.
