Just thought I would update you and advise that Halifax cashed the £10 cheque today, hopefully statements will follow shortly?

Received a letter today saying that they are reducing there fees to £12 from 1/08/06 in line with the OFT.
They have also advised that prior to this date the fees are in line with the T&C and they will not refund my money.
You no what this means LBA out in tomorrows post.  |

Hope you don't mind me asking you this questian, just thought you have been through process and would know.
I am just about to start court proceedings against Halifax Card Services, I cannot use moneyclaim online because they are based in Scotland. Can I file claim in my local court?
