Question 8 week complaints procedure

hi all , received usual answer from BOS stating their charges were appropriate and legal.. they gave me a timetable of 8 weeks to look into my complaint if im not happy .I am going down the fosautolinker.com autolinking image route for £2313, do I give them their 8 weeks to answer my appeal against their desicion. or do I send my case to the fosautolinker.com autolinking image now .. any help appreciated thanx

Stick to YOUR timetable NOT theirs, they have had it their was for long enough already.

I was short of the £120 for the Claim so decided to give them the 8 weeks.

The sent me a letter saying they were not going to pay.

Got the money now so the claim is going in very soon.
