Evening All,

I have sent the first letter of asking for the Bank Statements and they have cashed the £10 cheque. But I got a letter back asking for more information as they couldnt find my account. I have supplied this information twice now and they have still not sent the statements out or contacted me.

What should my next move be?

Hi Lobo.

Some reading for you.....

First spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. That will answer most of your initial questions.

Send the info they require but remind them that they have XX days left to comply with your SARs request.

(Once they cash the cheque they have 40 days to comply with your request.)

Ive sent the information back to them twice now But they havent even contacted me. Will read the FAQ's tonite. They cashed the cheque in Febuary but nothing since then.
