prelim letter sent

have sent of a prelim letter yesterday, let's wait and see what happens, husband thinks nothing will come of it £1876 for me to spend when him upstairs smiles down on me

Question please help

received reply to my LBA, as follows

we're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer relations manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will receive a reply shortly, but certainly no longer than 4 weeks.

do i give them the 4 weeks, or just the 14 days as stated in my LBA before starting legal action

Hi There rachel,

Get going with your claim, I did and got paid out three days after claim sent, I also got the letter (4 Weeks etc.,)

It seems that many people have had differing letters all mainly asking for time, don't give it to them.
