Unhappy is this normal??

I sent my prelim letter to the halifax on the 28th april and have had no response,
do i now send a lba?
is it normal to be ignored?

Angry Got an insult, sorry i meant offer!!

Got a letter today off the customer relations manager offering me £90 in full and final(im claiming £750 +intrest and costs) Then on the acceptence to be signed and sent back it states £60 the sneaky rats.Genuine mistake or scam??
There time is up on monday 29th and ive already filled in the moneyclaim thing.

Cool insult/offer! What to do now??

Can any one tell me if i should refuse this offer in writing or just ignore it as the LBA is up on the 29th anyway and i intend to file the claim on the 30th.
