first of all id like to say hi, im kazsymonds and it looks like you have a nice forum here!
Recently i wrote to halifax to ask for my charges back (credit card and current a/c). I got a letter back today saying that the charges are in the terms and conditions i agreed to and they wont be refunding!
Has anyone else experienced similar?
Is there a template for the next step? (sorry a search didnt return much)
