Default Phonecall to Customer relations

Hi all, Just spoke to Customer relations and have been advised that they will be dealing with my account in 8 weeks.
I advised them That I will be issuing Court procedding with them on Monday and left a Contact number for them to contact me on.

Any more advice would be grateful.

I did the same to avoid court action, but they never did get back to me. I would just go ahead with the court claim.

I will be starting Court proceddings on Monday, unless I get a phonecall today of Course.
Is it best to do it on MC website or go to the court and get the papers?

Mcol is more convenient, but by doing N1 the court will look over you papers and do everything else for you. Like sending the papers where they need to go.

But because of my situation i would advise that you call the local court first and ask if they have a backlog of work.

But either way is good as its a step closer to getting your money,
But dont wait the 8 weeks, thats just them stalling. You know your time table, You are in the right here, not them.

Keep us updated on how you get on........
