About to send L.B.A

Hi
I am about to send an LBA to Halifax an we are going afterthem for the charges on the joint and my husbands personal account and my personal account. What is the best way o do this? do I need to send three different letters or can it all be done on one letter.
Also knowing the halifax I will be surprised if they pay up before court proceedings, so will we have to issue proceedings seperately or can it be done under one claim.

If anyone has done something similar can you let me know?

I hope you have read enough information here about claiming back the charges.

First, you cannot write a single letter to them. Make sure you follow the process in the library because if you don't, it will show later in court.
