Default Another token HELP request

Hi everyone,

First of all what a great site and community!

I am starting my first claim against the Halifax and need a little help. I have requested by statements and they have duly arrived. The only issue is that I’m about to send the initial request letter and I have to include a "schedule of charges". I have downloaded the spreadsheet from the site. The issue seems to be that Halifax do not detail what the charge is actually for (the term charges as notified appears on the statement) and stupidly (because i threw out the statements that had no charges on them) there are a couple of charges that i can not specify the exact date, only the month and year (only 3 though).

Is this an issue?

Should I photocopy the statements in question and forward them with my letter?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Regards,

Regards,
Contact your brank and ask them to clarify what they are. Include your schedule of charges with your letter.
