| Re: Parkes V Halifax Had a reply for a loan that had been paid off today, £40 in charges on there, dont think i'll bother with that unless i can lump it all together with £490 they owe me from my other loans. Any ideas guys? |

| then claim the £10 Data Protection Act fee back as well, it's perfectly legitimate as legal costs as you've had to outlay this fee to access the data prior to launching proceedings.
With claiming back postage, ensure you keep receipts from the post office when sending recorded and special delivery as it makes it easier to prove they are legitimate costs. |
