Default Halifax blood sucking a**holes
Hiya

I am so glad i found this site!!

Over the past 10months halifax have charged my account over a grand in charges, most of the time they were charging me because there charges were taking me OVER the authorised overdraft limit and it wasnt even my fault!
Charges all ranging from 28-39 at least 3 at a time some months!

We went in to complain and have now had all the rest of the charges they were going to take frozen and the account is frozen until we pay back the unauthorised overdraft (there charges thats made it go over) Now i dont know where to start to get the money back , what sort of thing should i write in the letter?

If you read the FAQs you will know the answer to your question. Honestly it really is a good idea to read them. You need to understand the issues and the reason why you will be claiming back your charges before you take them on.
