Halifax Second letter

Hello,

Im new here but ive sent off a letter saying I want the last 6 years worth of charges refunded. Halifax have replyed back telling me 'as a good will gesture they will offer me £700.00 as full and final settlement' I wouldnt mind but the orignal amount is for £2000.00. Is there a letter template I could get telling them im turning them down and want the full amount? How would i word it?
