Default One year smoke-free for me today
I gave up smoking 1 yr ago today

I used the now 'controversial' drug Champix to help me, and didn't have many really bad side effects and those i did have far outweighed by the benefits of not smoking anymore

I never, ever thought i would do this so am a little bit proud of myself and promise you all i will never ever smoke again
