Belive it or not, Tiglet is giving up the dreaded weed

After some extremely difficult news today, today must be my last day smoking. I am also giving up the booze and going on a general health trip as well. So wish me luck and I will keep you all updated.

Good luck from me as well, but don't take on too many things all at once.

I remember a dietician on tv saying that if you take on too much at once then it makes you miserable and you are bound to fail.

That means from tomorrow you are officialy classed as a non smoker by the insurance companies. Well done.

Im 4 months into giving up Alcohol and Weed, after 20yrs and 3yrs respectively on both . . .
Craved neither for whole duration of cessation . . .

good luck tigs.....but i agree with conniff - you may feel deprived if you try to do it all at once.....everything in moderation they say

maybe tackle one at a time

Ah, but sometimes there are good reasons for suddenly changing life-style and that's how I'm looking at it - a change in life-style.

Good luck tigs, you know the champix didnt just help with the nictoine addiction, it helped wit caffeine too, so if you take it, it may well help with the booze too

The dog food (sorry Champix) does work and I found I was a lot calmer when I started taking it.
