Hi All
Recommendation....Try Gamucci

Gamucci is a rechargeable electronic cigarette. It is a completely non-flammable product that uses state of the art sophisticated micro-electronic technology to provide users a real smoking experience without the tobacco and tar found in real cigarettes. It looks like, feels like and tastes like a real cigarette, yet it isn’t. It is so much more. It is truly a healthier and satisfying alternative.
My sister was on 30 a day habit and has now GIVEN UP COMPLETELY!!!!
If she can stop YOU CAN. It's also cheaper than smoking - Great in this economic climate.
These things really work.
You can also "smoke" inside venues as you are vapourising not smoking as such. No passive smoking so can use around your children.
Fruit flavoured cartridges available too if you like the shisha element!
If you live in Surrey or nearby you can try/buy these at

EDIT
There is also a disposable cigar available for your Xmas guests!!!

My sister was on 30 a day habit and now she uses the low nicotine cartridges and only rarely through the day.
While obviously healthier for her than the 30 a day ciggies habit it still contains nicotine which is the drug that she is addicted to and it is usually the nicotine that kills you - not the tar.

Smokers are more likely to die of cardiovascular or circulatory diseases (heart disease and strokes) rather than lung cancer. This is primarily caused by nicotine. So she needs to eventually just give up the nicotine rather than find a substitute source.

One of the reasons for being a Champix fan - no tar/nicotine involved, it just works on the neurotransmitters in your brain to tell you you've had a fag even though you haven't and if I'm totally honest, it's pretty good stuff and only cost me the price of a prescription for a month's supply

I gave up using the Supersmoker.

I think they have got a new one coming out which is supposed to be really good.

She afterwards moved to the no nicotine cartridges and has now given up completely. Took approximately 2 months!
