I'm was keeping quite until I hit that landmark Saint. The old Champix does the trick but it was nearly three weeks before it kicked in properly for me, but then I'm a weak minded ijet !! I had no real side effects as long as I ate before the first one in the morning.

You can do it Saint and it's going to be great being 'smoke free' for Christmas
