I am really fired up about this Bo, looking forward to being *Fag free* again. I felt so much better last time.
Lex | Oh, very well done Jake - you go for it
Well, if it's any help Lex, the Champix are my favourite as far as stopping is concerned - I should be on commission here, I'd be minted
I'm watching your thread carefully as you are an inspiration to me because of your sheer determination to quit. If you can do it, then anyone can. I will get there one day and my sub to this thread will be a constant reminder of how I really need to get my act together and ditch the cigs
Go get 'em tiger |

Lex | Thanks Lex
I didnt give up til day 10, but could've done it before (was only cos i had some baccy left and didnt want to waste it lol)
The dry mouth is a problem but not major, just make sure you always take the am one with food or you will feel nauseous
Lula the dose in the 1 tablet doubles on day 5 then you start taking 2 from day 7 if i remember correctly although please bear in mind it was nearly a year ago for me now. |

| Re: Lex stops smoking, yet again Your right Jake,
I have only been on the 1mg tabs for two days and already the 'need' seems to be falling away. I woke up this morning and didn't grab the fags first !!!
I am sort of hoping that Thursday will be a good day to stop as I am in a classroom all day |
