Default First attempt since starting smoking again 2 years ago....

Hello all!! What a good idea for an area. I gave up 3 years ago for a eyar and stupidly started again. I found it quite easy first time round and just woke up one day and though that's that....I kind of have the same feeling today although I am going to have to avoid alcohol for two weeks as my willpower will probably fly out the window.

I have bought some nicorette patches and am on day one. I run a pub as well which is going to eb really hard not to have a drink...I thought the smoking ban would stop me, but seeing as though I only smoke socially never at home or anything it hasn't made me give up, cut down yes!

Good louck to everyone else doing it, lets me string together!!
