Only kidding, it takes guts to do it this way, so well done to you. (Have you tried the Alan Carr book to help with the thought processes? Others on this forum swear by it!) |

Keep up the good work and please let us know how it's going.
Allan Carr,s 'Easyway to stop smoking' is as Bookie say's worth a read, I found it a great help to get my mind straight (some people say that will never happen )
YOU CAN DO IT !!!

Head hurts today though | Everybody slips
Write it off and start afresh tomorrow, you now have to beat 9 straight days. Take one day at a time and if you really really want one promise yourself one in an hour, keep telling yourself that in one hour you will have one. I found that when I did that and the hour passed so had the craving.
I slipped so many times I should have been an ice skater!!!!!!!!
Good Luck
