Default CCA Request, no CCA, still paying DMP?

The DCA has said (in response to CCA request) 'this process may take at least one month'.
We are paying them through Payplan. We want to keep paying the DMP, and Payplan pay all the creditors. Are we okay to keep those payments going out to this DCA? They were previously threatening court action. The CCA request seems to have stopped them in their tracks. Can we keep the DMP running as it is? We're just not prepared to take any more bullying. We will pay what we owe through Payplan, but we won't tolerate the shoddy tactics these DCAs use. Any thoughts anyone? Many thanks.

Hello!

If the DCA cannot provide a CCA, that means they are not entitled to chase you for the debt. Are you paying the original creditor directly? What have the debt management company advised?

Default Re: CCA Request, no CCA, still paying DMP?

We pay all the creditors through a Debt Management Plan with Payplan. We haven't yet spoken to them about this. We're just sick to death of the letters we've been receiving (despite Payplan handling) so we thought we'd try requesting a CCA from this particular shower. We don't want to not pay our debts, but deeply resent being dragged through the mud, when they can see that we're paying.
Thanks for your reply by the way
