Default Advise needed please

As previously explained i was a victim of bank charges and have just completed the first step in attempting to regain these charges. After receiving bank statements for the previous 6 years i have noted all the charges the bank have hit with with, but was wondering can i claim back both charges for being overdrawn as well as charges for unpaid direct debits. thank you in advance for any help

Take them for everythng Kmc.....add up all the interest as well.......I have just WON my claim after quite a few months....but keep going and they WILL pay up. My case got to the Court stage, and the day before the Court hearing, they paid up in FULL.
