Help Guys

Hiya eveyone.

I have been searching the FAQ's and can't find the answer to this.

I had a lot of trouble with my money at the start of this year and as a student with no real income the lovely credit card people helped me to get into about £20,000 - how nice!!

Anyway - as I was 8 months pregnant at the time - I asked my Dad to speak to these people on my behalf and he settled the some of my accounts for a lesser amount than the actual balance for immediate payment.

Can I claim the charges back from these accounts?

might be very wise to let sleeping dogs lie and quit while you are ahead.You have to be a bit shrewd in circumstances such as yours.....

that's what I thought - just wondered really. Have enough on my plate with the 3 I am doing at the moment.

Thanks - was just the defaults really. Have badly affected my credit
