payments on mobiles

Some1 told me to come onto here as i am having trouble paying my mobile bill,and i need advice on what to do.I am on income support so money is very tight,i am also a single mum to a 1 year old.I got a letter through from a debt collecting agency and they said i had to pay £129 (this may sound silly to some people but u cant pay what u havent got),i am really worked up about this as they want it by the end of this month,i will not have that money,i told them i would def have it by 1st nov,but they still wouldnt have it and said it has to be paid by end of month,i have no1 to turn to to borrow the money,so its all down to me.I dont know what to do.advice needed please
