Default Refunds So Far
So far I have obtained refunds from

Smile-----after I commenced procedings
AMEX----- immediately
Royal Bank of Scotland-----after I obtained judgement by default and sent Bailiffs

MBNA have rung me today to say please don't obtain judgement (they missed the deadline) and they'll send the cheque today

Bank of Scotland have acknowledged the claim and no news re payment

HSBC (my favourite) are just about to be served

Beneficial = HFC also about to be served with papers
roofer is offline
