 Start Recording Your Telephone Conversations
We are now getting daily reports of people having conversations with their banks in which a bank employee makes an admission such as that Bank Charges are there to punish - or that they do make profits out of them.
These conversations are useless unless they are recorded. You should be recording your conversations as a matter of routine.
You can buy excellent recording devices at Maplins or through the internet.
We have recording devices and recording software sites linked in the library.
You should be doing this as a matter of course whenever you have a complaint with anyone about anything. It is not illegal and you do not have to warn the other party.
