Default time ret finance and clydesdale finance

sorry to double post - but wasn't sure where to put this

Hi guys - after bit of advice again

Just realised yesterday that these gits have probably banged a load of charges on accounts that I used to have with them, so thought I'd try do something about it.

Now I don't have the account numbers any more so rang clydesdale but they had no record of me at the address which I took the account out at?!? They suggested I contact the bank for the details of the direct debit which I have just done (and tried to do for time ret finance as well) now the bank has no records of these direct debits but I have my bank statements in front of me with these direct debits coming out of my account.

My question - how do I get the account details and is the bank in breech of the direct debit guarantee/data protection for not keeping these details for six years (it was 3 years ago the dd's)?

Also how should I proceed to get the account details?

any help greatly appreciated

Oh forgot to say - gave them my current address and the previous one (where I took the loan out at) and the one prior to that - no joy from clydesdale at any of them
