Default Iqor getting nasty

I had a CCA that was not readable from them. I then started getting phone calls that I didn't answer and finally I got a letter saying I have defaulted and have 72 hours to contact them or they would send the boys round. I left it foe 5 days then rung them today. After giving my details etc the "lady" on the other end said "How do you want to make your payment?"
I said "I don't want to make a payment, I would like a readable copy of the CCA as requested, the copy you sent is unreadable and the bottom part is missing."
Her reply "and you decide to ask for this after all this time, the debt is from 2002?"
I said "I can request the CCA at any time, it's my legal right"
She said "well I'm just warning you, it's what we will bring up in court" then she was gone.

So now I will put my request for a readable copy in writing and see what occurs.

Good then you can bring it up in court that they are a bunch of idiots, who failed in your lawful request

thats a downer

to begin with, you need to find out what charges have been put on the account during the last six years and reclaim them
that will get the balance down
not my area agreements
you need to send an Subject Access Request request
that will get you all the info they have on you

OK write back to these muppets and state that the alledged agreement they have so far supplied is of such poor quality that it could be for anybody and that until they supply a true and certified readable copy you have no option than to suspend payments until your lawful request has been comlied with, also demand their complaints procedure and report the woman who was such a help!!

You need to get all your statements from either the OC or from igor, by way of a Subject Access Request
