| | Basic Account Customer | Re: littlewoods catalogue your best bet is to ring us up again, ask for ALL the forms to be sent out at once, get all the forms filled out at the same time, and return them all recorded delivery with a copy of your CNP's ( customer non pay ) passport/driving licence as proof of her signature.
If she is agreeing with the balance, and is happy to be taken off your books, then she could also try contacting us directly, as we can take her off your books if she rings us and says she wants to pay us directly.
I will research a little more into this when i go back upstairs in a min. Just on my break at the moment.

Just on the last post - in terms of law it will be seen as commercial contract and not just an agreement between friends. But on more practical matters, the saying of family and friends and choice is relevant. I would exclude all family relations and not have a "link" between yourself and the person who owes the money (so don't ask sis-in-law to tell her son to tell their partner) - go directly to the person involved, which makes it a metter between you and that other person, thereby hopefuly maintaining good relationships with everyone else.

I know it is easy to say that from the outside, but she may be hoping you will say 'ok I will continue to pay it', and that wouldn't be fair.
What is the difference between paying you and paying Littlewoods, you should make it known that Littlewoods will take her to court if she doesn't pay them, so her best solution is to continue paying through you.
If you are continuing to have to make payments for her, then I would suggest that you take the xbox from her, as long as they haven't broken it.

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: littlewoods catalogue Sort of similar gyzmo, Except you have only 1 catalogue, and you sell items out the catalogue to Family and Friends ( hence the term F+F catalogues).
They then choose what payment terms they want, i.e. 20 weeks, 52 weeks, BNPL, etc. and then they pay you to pay the catalogue.
You make commision based on what you pay into your account ( payments have to be over 10.00GBP to earn commision ) at a rate of 10% cash, or 12.5% goods.
It is unlike Avon in the sense that your only supposed to sell to friends and family, and you are responsible for keeping a record of who has paid what and when ( on payment cards ) and keep a record of peoples names, addresses in compliance with Data Protection Act in case of a customer non pay.
I might also like to add that Direct Brands ( Littlewoods Direct, Additions Direct, and Marshall Ward) are not catalogues whereby you are not allowed to have customers on the account, however you are more than welcome to buy something for someone, but I would suggest payment up front, unless you REALLY trust them. F+F Brands ( GUS, Kays, Choice, Littlewoods ) are those whereby you are allowed to formally have "customers" which pay you for goods you have ordered on your account.
