Time Order

Can anyone help with a "Time Order". My problem is this. I applied for one against Barclaycard. The district judge says that "Unless the applicant can identify the provision in the Civil Procedures Rules which allows this to be issued as an originating application, this can not be issued." What have I done wrong?

Would you care to post a little more detail about the situation, what a Time Order would do, and what you were hoping to acheive? It'll be far easier to give constructive help that way

Without seeing your paperwork I can only make a guess.

Perhaps you have issued proceedings in the wrong format. Application for a time order is made in the form of a claim, not an originating application.
