Cant I rewrite my POCs completely.

I have made a claim and had 80% of the charges back and 8% interest but I have learnt a lot since making the claim. Can I rewrite about 60% of my POCs and change it using the n244 form?

I have not yet had a hearing date but AQs are in.

I want to remove 1 section about loss of savings interest (been at court about this yesterday and judge said it was a no no)

plus I want to change my the POC to be for unauthorised contractual rather than just the authorised so my schedule of charges will change

also want to add in the interest charges I have now calculated using the complex sheet.

I also plan on using the "new" contractual interest POC text - thanks to Bong.

	Are you letting your bank keep your money Are you giving away thousands of pounds?? Many people aren't claiming all of the money they are entitled to when they make their bank charges claims. You have been forced to pay unfair bank charges. Have you forgotten that your bank has charged you inteest on those charges? If you are overdrawn and the bank owes you charges - then your overdraft is made up of charges - money which you bank owes you. Yet you are paying interest to the bank - on your own money!!!
