| | Site Team | Mass complaint ;Add your name here if a dca has acted incorrectly with your account. We are fed up of reading the stories about the Dcas who continually flout laws and principles and do not act responsibly.Following all your requests, you are invited to add your user name here together with the dca or firm of baliffs that you wish to complain about.Just add a few lines of your complaint.
Once we have a list we can then get something drafted to launch a bulk complaint to Consumer direct The FSO the others who are required to take up complaints.

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: Mass complaint ;Add your name here if a dca has acted incorrectly with your accou Well done for this. I am trying to organise a mass complaint against Cap 1...and their associated DCAs. Had so much to deal with at the end of last year that a lot of people may have thought I'd stopped but I haven't.
If I can help you here I will. I have experience (and evidence/correspondence etc) of Debitas, CapQuest, HL Legal, DLC to name a few.
'Crimes' would include, ignoring my requests to put everything in writing and still phoning (wireless telegraphy act/harrassment), threatening legal action that they couldn't start (OFT regulations?) and writing letters to look like legal documents including mimicking court claim numbers. Plus a lot of just very unprofessional stuff....
Let me know what you want (allowing me time as my internet access is limited) and I will do whatever is....

Morgan Stanley - defaulted on CCA request - ball is in their court Birmingham Midshires - starting claim 1st March £3000+ MBNA - Settled in full Amex - CCJ issued against Amex and full refund taken by Bailiffs - cheque received eventually! Marbles - Full settlement Capital One - Received full amount plus costs |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Mass complaint ;Add your name here if a dca has acted incorrectly with your accou I would like to add Arrow Global LLC and their Solicitor, Eversheds LLC. This is my first brush with a DCA as MBNA screwed up badly and sold the debt without telling us or even informing us that they were issuing a default!
Arrow Global have ignored all my correspondence to them. They have ignored a CCA request, they have instructed their solicitor, Eversheds, to pursue us. Eversheds gave us 5 days to pay them £15K before they instructed bailiffs to enter our home (without a court order?!?!?!?). Eversheds have also ignored all correspondence.
Am v. cross! |

Just waiting for CCA request to see where I stand... | Hi there, they seem to love giving 5 days don't they? If they have bought the debt, are they not authorised to deal with the account? Or is this not the case? I issued a CCA but was ignored |
