Default credit report

Hi All,

I got a copy of my Experian Credit report today and I have a few questions I was wondering if someone could help me with:

Firstly, all my credit cards now have "arrangement" or "debt management" program" beside them since I started on my debt management program. Are these as bad a defaults or once I've settled the debts does that disappear?

Secondly my Bank of Scotland Current account has defaulted me on a £1600 overdraft from which I am claiming £4000 in charges. I intend to get this removed as part of the process of claiming the charges. However, I also have a Bank of Scotland loan of roughly £2000 which was debited out of my current account each month, would I be able to push them to remove the one on the loan as well?

Thanks in advance.

Ian
