Has anyone got a hearing before 7th March 07?

Hello,

I am claiming against a debt collector for no right to claim the debt due to non-compliance with cca and I have a court date of 7th March.

I would like to sit in on another hearing before i have to attend my own so if anyone has a hearing before 7th march can you please post date and location and whether you wouldnt mind me coming along for support.

Anna, you can also ring up your local Court and ask if they could let you sit
in on a similar case to yours.

hopefully it will not come to that but make sure you ask the dj to swear in whoever is defending. It will screw them up well badly !!!!!!!

Whoever comes to represent them will only be in the know how by only what their clients have told them. so if they swear you can ask them questions to which they will have to reply do not know etc. If they do not know or are not sure then what the hell are they doing in court ?
