BT, fault, Hi,
My new bt line is faulty and its been like this for 1 month !! ,bt is telling me they will charge me if engineer comes down and figures out that the fault is not with the line its either my cable or handset ect....,
i also have to pay bt 3month line rental for next 3month (minimum contract),
i dont want to take risk !! can i ask bt to close my account and bill me only for one month rental ?!!? because there is another line in my house i want to activate that instead,
few times i was hearing radio / and R&B music through my handset everytime when trying to make phone call!! unbelivable!

I belive when it comes to Banks,Insurance and Phone Company's we should challenge them hard even for a penny!! yes, even a penny !! they dont deserve much ! Legal Robbers !!!
