Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 6	Private & Commercial Finance Hi Guys I got myself into some trouble with the finance on my car and now owe £525.25 in missed instalments and title transfer charge £921.89 detailed other charges the 'other charges' is for direct debits failing, late payment interest together with defaults. I am now in a position to pay the £525.25 and have explained to the company that the remainder of the cost may be unlawful and dont want to pay it. Does anybody know if it is the same process as banks and credit cards? And if so do you follow the same process to recoup costs even though I havent actually paid them or maybe just to get them removed? Help Trishx
