hi has anyone heard of TELOGRAM,my partner received a letter from them this morning saying WE ARE CURRENTLY HOLDING A MESSAGE FOR YOU UNDER MESSAGE REFERENCE BLAH, BLAH,BLAH TO RETRIEVE THIS MESSAGE PLEASE CONTACT ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.
THE MESSAGE WILL BE DELETED FROM THE TELOGRAM SYSTEM ON 29 SEP.
not sure what to do?
any advice please.

Never heard of Telogram but if it were me, I would ignore it.

If the message is that important the sender will write to you directly.

More than likley another DCA making attempts to contact you, and by responding you will have confirmed your current address to them.

Did you try to Google it?

I did, and it came up with quite a lot, starting with MSE:

I recieved such letter last weekend, thinking it could be a scam, i binned the letter and recieved another letter, in the same kind of envelope stating that it was from a solicitors asked me to get in contact to see if the message was relevent to me
