We are hoping there will be a negotiation but we may need to pay for legal help. Please help us if we have helped you. I have got to pay about £2,000 in fee's next year for conveyancing and ILEX qualifications, anyway I will probably have to earn the money and I think I might be able to get about £900 . but what about these career development loans? they go to banks one of which is mine Co-Op (smile) who I have just got charges back off, do you think the banks are talking to each other about who has reclaimed charges, I sure hope not as it would ruin my chances. They are also credit checked eek (lets hope I have cleaned up my file before January. __________________ Barclaycard Student credit card £400 partial refund received, S.A.R - Pugsley v RBS credit card pre 21/09/06 S.A.R LBA sent- cca 17/03/088 no reply as yet, still chasing me for debt though Pugsley v Abbey, S.A.R , preliminary letter sent 6th November Open & Direct Finance- extortionate, cca to Rockwell debt collection they ran away, now with Bryan Carter, no cca 17/03/08 sent back to Open Pugsley v Littlwoods, have not received the signed credit agreement only quoting reg of 1983 Pugsley v Fashion World JD williams, 17/03 2008 Debt Managers returning file to JD williams as they could not supply the credit agreement Capital one MCOL Settled in full Smile lba settled in full *advice is given informally and without liability and without prejudice.* Last edited by pugsley; 20th September 2006 at 18:29.
