| | Basic Account Customer | BT the wonderful lovely telephone provider, RUBBISH had my bill in march. i was on direct debit. A payment was taken no problem in march. Also payment taken in april no problem, BT then decided that my DD was not high enough and would need to raise it to £80.00 From £50.00.
That was ok with me,
By the 25th april only 13 days later they produced a bill cut my line off and forced me to find £92,00 to pay the outstanding amount with no explanation what so ever.
They re connected my line and everything was fine, or so i thought,
I recieved my bill on the 10 june and have since made payments of 190.00 through standing order.
lo and behold they have cut my line off again. now forcing me to find another £82.00 today to re connect it.
what is it with them and why can they not get their act together, They insist i cancelled the DD which i never,
I can only think that they did it when they changed the DD amounts. i have never gone near this account.
And of course they will not let me go back on DD all the time their is money outstanding.
Where do they think i can keep just getting my hands on this money like that.
i went on monthly payments to budget myself and they are throwing me in a worse mess.
i am now willing to let them take me to court and let the judge sort out this mess,
i am not prepared to be pressured any more by them in their sill antics and incompetence.

BT must have cancelled it when they set up a new DD for the larger amount, but of course as usual they deny all knowledge of it.
Unfortunately for me it is the Abbey account that they have taken all the cards back on, so no longer able to get any help from you know who. |
