Default train now pay later help!!!

can anyone advise me ??

4/3/05
i signed up to train as a driving instructor with the option to train now pay later.
after a few weeks and a bit of struggling with the course i asked for help.i did not get a very positive response.and then i had no communication at all after sept 2005.i have sent emails and a couple of letters but no response.
4/3/06 the 12 months train now pay later 12 month interset free credit was due to end,and i then would have to start buying £92.55 for 36 months.
all i had recieved was a a4 binder with approx 100 pages of information in.
i wrote to the finance company and the DIT but with no luck .
the finance company have now passed me onto a credit sevices company that are ringing me 4/6 times a day.
can anyone help or advice me to persue this correctly.

Have a read round on here and you will find out a lot of stuff but read this post for a start:
I want to inititate legal action against harassment
And maybe this will help and stop the harassment as this is what they are doing to you.

I would fire off a letter asap and read chrismc thread as it is VERY good and alot of Info on here if you end up with ballifs after you.
