Angry Shame On Them!

Just Googled CAB (citizens advise) and got, at the top of the page (sponsored) a link to a website sharing the CAB's full name but with the word "debt" shoved in.

The organisation is basically a ripoff debt consolidation service (claiming to be independant).

Any organisation that seeks to use the name of a registered and well respected charity, and use it to lure the very people that charity is supposed to help and often know no better is, in my own personal opinion (so sue me - 100% of nothing is nothing!) SCUM!

And shame on Google as well for even agreeing to such a thing.

I've passed the details on to CAB and hope their benefactors will take some action or at least that the organisation in question will have the decency to remove its listing.

Of course, this site gets charged every time someone clicks on their link... Not that I would advise anyone to do that... But there was a certain PPC which used CAG and Pepipoo in their sponsored link so that THEIR name would appear whenever s/one googled us or pepipoo... Once this was noticed and the cost per click highlighted, the sponsored link disappeared quite quickly, one can only surmise as to why.

Pity these companies did not have the decency to remove it themselves. Instead the parasites had to be forced into it.
