Pipex homecall problem

HI, im new here in the forum so 1st i would like to way hi to all, and on to my problem the other day i received a letter from pipex homecall saying that i owe them money but i dont have a pipex service.I think the previous occupant of this place got the service and i dont know why they are charging me for it.I tried calling them but the CS just give me the run around passing me to the next and cutting the line off.I want to send them an email but cant seem to find their email add. in their site.I tried to use their automated email system but dont know if it pass through cause at the end i need to create an account for support but cant create it cause i dont have an account with them.Is their any governing body/office that i can complain this?thanks.

Don't bother telephoning simply write deniing any knowledge of the debt, this is a link to such a letter just amend as needed, HFO Services Problem.
