Bad Repair Job I had a coach built pram repaired last year. I paid £900 to have it spray painted, re-chromed, new wheels, new apron, new hood and new leather straps and I sent them the orginal sun canopy. It came back late and I was very disappointed with the result. The original features such as the buckles and clips had been taken off and replaced with a different make, the apron was not line and the hood was missing the joint clips. When I put my baby in it the straps were not tight enougth and the carriage dropped down and scratched all the paint work. We contacted them and told them how unhappy we were they were very defensive and in the end agreed to send us some paint to touch up the scratches and the sun canopy. They never did and I have tried to contact them since but receive no reply to my emails or my phone calls. I have since used the pram and the wheel spokes came out and the wheels fell off.
I am very unhappy about this as I was pushed about in this pram and I wanted to have it restored for my child to go about in.
Can I do anything to get my pram restored to its orginal condition?
