Default bank charge is going to be taken from jobseekers
basically the bank have charged my partner now he is overdrawn by £34 and my partner gets his jobseekers tommorow. so the bank charge will come off that and will hardly have anything left.i read somewhere that they cant take charges out of benefits. is this true?

Hand deliver that letter to the branch first thing in the morning, ie; Be waiting for the door to the branch to open, and hand it to a member of staff and have them action it.

Soon as you've gave them it, it should stop them touching money.
