Below is my online receipt for phone showing the cashback offer (worth £189.09): Quote: Your products ordered are as follows:- 1 k608itt600j3g, K608i on TT600 - £3.99/9mths (189.09 cb) + £10 Shipping 0.00 Tax £ 0.00 TOTAL £ 0.00 | I sent them this letter along with bill statements and voucher etc: Quote: Dear Sir/Madam Having carefully read through your terms and conditions regarding the cash back offer on my mobile phone of £189.09 (as shown below on receipt at time of purchase*), I have provided the following documents, of which I have made copies for security reasons:- Bills and statements for the first 6 months from date of connection (23/11/05) – I have included the bill for May 2006, which confirms I have been connected for 6 months
- Cashback voucher duly completed with relevant details
Please confirm I need to the same again after 9 months for the last 3 months cashback in the offer, in which case please send me another voucher if I need one. I understand you will make payment to my account within 60 days (on which the direct debit to 3 is set up). The total amount will be for £189.09 for the nine months, of which 6 months will be paid after processing this claim. I have sent this letter as advised in your T&C by recorded delivery. Yours faithfully | So far I've had no acknowledgement to my letter and they NEVER answer the phone - in the whole time I have had the phone I have tried to phone them around 30 times and they simply don't answer - and it takes around a week to get a reply to any emails - I have had loads of problems with this company.
Now I have come across this in their T&C: Quote: Although we endeavor to keep our pricing up to date and accurate we cannot be held responsible for any human errors made. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time. | I am thinking this cashback offer is non existent and that this is a rogue company - could this part of their T&C cover them for not paying up their cashback offer?
Should I wait till the 60 days are up before doing anything about it - and what can I do?
Just want to be prepared to do what it takes...

| | Gold Account Customer | Re: Just 3G Communications Bovvered, what company did you use? I have a feeling you are not going to see your £189. This happed to me, sent of my 6th months bill and nothing, tryed calling - no answer, ever. 1.5 years on no money received.
Do some research into the company, blagger.com is quite good.
I hope you didn't use mobile madness! (or some other name they have cooked up)  |

I have read much reports and complains from all customers of this company. I am one of them, same problem regarding claiming cashbacks. I am now calling for everyone to join me to SUE them. I will file my legal actions against this company using Citizens Advice Bureau, Office of Fair Trading, etc. Please contact me if you are in! everreach@time.net.my |

As of today, I have brought this case to the senior management of Hutchison 3. In the next few days, I will be filing an enquiry/investigation of this company.
