Default Thomson Fly

Hi we are a small independent travel agents and had a new member of satff working for us. She went onto the Thomson Fly website and put in to fly from Leeds Bradford. Teh search engine displayed a flight and teh memeber of staff went through to book it. It was only at the end she realised that the fligth was actaully from Doncaster. I phoned Thomsons immediately adn they refused to do anything about it. I know they are a non refundable airline but so are Jet2 however if you contact them within 24 hours of making the booking they will cancel it for you. We have written several letters and have had not response various e-mails of which one it took 2 weeks for a reply and a string of different phone number with each person saying that they do not deal with it and insist that there are no senior members of staff working there. They are a shambles to say the least and this as cost us over £400 . What can we do? Any help please.

Fly...?

You're not serious are you? The airports are only 35 miles apart. Clearly Thompson Fly (as a charter) took your destinations and matched the closest airport you would have to accept. There's no issue of them switching airports, which would have given you the chance to cancel. Apart from unreasonably expect them to move the flight, I can't see what you'd expect them to do!
