Why don't you come and introduce yourself in the Welcome section at the top of the forum. Then have a look around the rest of it.

Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 198	Supply of Goods and Services Act Worth remembering that in supplying a service, the garage has to deliver with a reasonable degree of skill and care, and also they can't contract out of their negligence liabilities. SOGAS is linked in the library. Although last time I looked,the link didn't work. Martin
